Welcome to my website. I’m Jan Williams, a therapeutic trainer, offering mind-body training to help you develop the skills you need to deal effectively with life’s challenges and recover your zest for life.

I work with mindfulness and compassion-based approaches, and with techniques from NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), hypnotherapy and life coaching. Together these powerful approaches strengthen our capacity to deal with difficult emotions and help us achieve balance and wholeness.

I know first hand the power of mind-body training, having lived with ME/CFS for a decade myself, and recovered my health with the help of these techniques. Since then, I’ve helped hundreds of clients to address the challenges of stress and illness and find renewed health and wellbeing.
